Stuffed anger impacts your health and well-being.  It can leak out as passive-aggressiveness and can also erupt being directed at the wrong people.  Those who are open to the power of shamanic healing and ceremony to have lasting transformation and willing to hold space for others healings will find this anger ritual very beneficial to shift that old energy.
